Meet Peter Blackman

After spending 35 years in the restaurant industry and owning two restaurants; Aperitivo Bistro in Schenectady and Veronica's Culinary Tavern in Altamont, 2020 was time to make a switch in careers. After much thought and encouragement from friends and family, the decision to jump into real estate made perfect sense! My many years of dedication to fantastic customer service and attention to detail will assist me in making a smooth transition. I focus on the restaurant sector to assist the revitalization of an industry that was forever changed with the pandemic. I am fortunate to bring a unique perspective to the hospitality industry in the commercial real estate space that offers me to service my clients in a way no one else in the capital region can. I am looking forward to rekindling many of the wonderful relationships I have made over the years as well and building new ones.
